Adventurous Activities can be costly and incredibly hard to organise and run (especially for scout leaders). That is why we offer the perfect session to meet the requirements of the scout Paddlesport Staged Badges and Time on the Water Badge.

What can we offer?
We can offer a huge range of activities through a variety of disciplines:
kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, raft building and coracles (build your own boat). We will tailor our sessions to the need of your young people. Prime Paddling can provide anything from short sessions to whole day adventures.
We can offer session for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Brownies and Guides. Depending on the age of your group/section will depend on the type of activities we can offer.
We are licensed by AALA to provide kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, improvised rafting and coracles.
Team is at the heart of what we do.
We strive to bring young people closer together, to collaborate, to share and, most importantly, to learn. Learning together is better than in isolation; that's why we carefully design our activities to encourage discovery and learning for all, through the art of enquiry.
Our Staff
About Our Staff
All of our staff who facilitate our school offerings, are part of the scouting movement. As scout leaders, we run activities for young people on a regular basis and endeavour to develop our attendees into experienced and well-rounded, young adults. Why don't you experience it the scout way, get stuck in, be prepared and gain skills for life!
DBS
All of our staff hold a current DBS Enhanced and Barred Disclosures.
Insurance
We have public liability insurance of £5 Million covering our coaches for the activities that we provide and each of our coaches are covered up to £10 million by British Canoeing.
Risk Assessments
We have detailed and comprehensive risk assessments for all our activities and venues. These can be provided on request.
We can also arrange preliminary visits for your staff to visit the site and to ask any questions.
