Design For
This book was originally designed for Gosport Scout Kayaking's Junior Instructors. These young instructors are trained by the author and needed a resource that they could refer to throughout the coaching season. To help reach as many young paddlers as possible, I am sharing my Quick Guide to Coaching Paddlesports, with the hope that coaches will use best practice to run safe, enjoyable and engaging sesssions.
