At Prime Paddling the 3 following payment methods are available to pay for goods/services:
● Credit, debit and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)*
● Square Card Readers
● Bank Transfers
*All online card payments are processed through Square Payments, Monzo Banking or the Wix Payment System.
Prime Paddling has the following cancellation policy:
Products that have been bought can be returned to Prime Paddling up to 30 days after the date of purchase. ALL items must be returned and unopened in the same condition that they left Prime Paddling’s premises. Any damage will affect the refund total.
Cancellation 7 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date.
You will be reimbursed for the full course price. Prime Paddling will not refund British Canoeing Registration and Processing fees that have already been paid.
Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the agreed activity start date.
You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement or a 100% value Prime Paddling voucher (valid for that season). Adjustments can be made at the discretion of a Prime Paddling Director
Cancellation 48 hours or later (last minute)
No reimbursements will be issued.
Prime paddling appreciates that some circumstances might be beyond people’s control and make the activity impossible or dangerous such as poor weather conditions or national restrictions.
In case of bad weather conditions or other last-minute factors, Prime Paddling can also propose to reschedule the activity. If you cannot attend the new proposed date, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement.
Can I modify the dates of my booking?
You may request a change in the scheduled dates for an activity by emailing email@example.com
If the modification request is accepted by Prime Paddling, a new booking summary will be issued and sent to you.
Prime Paddling is not obliged to accept changes in date, timings or locations.
If the modification request is refused, your request will be treated as a cancellation as per the above policy.
